I believe that people can be lifelong learners, including learning to know themselves better: thoughts, feelings, hopes, dreams, how past wounds have shaped our present responses. It is a great joy for me to assist those who are sorting out these types of concerns and finding ways to grow toward wholeness.

I have been working as a therapist since 2009, but I have been working with people for much longer! I have been involved with various Christian ministries since college, and in such contexts, I work from a Christian worldview. As a therapist, however, I respect people of all faiths and will not impose my beliefs on anyone.
